Shipping policy

 

1. Delivery Scope

Currently, delivery services are only available within Australia. Delivery to other countries or regions is not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the order amount:

  • Orders below AUD 82.88 will incur a shipping fee of AUD 8.8;

  • Orders of AUD 82.88 or above are eligible for free shipping.

3. Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders placed and paid before 18:00 each day will start processing on the same day;

  • Orders submitted after 18:00 will start processing the following day;

  • In the event of a holiday, processing time will be postponed to the next working day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, we will prepare and arrange your order. The usual processing time is 1–3 business days.

5. Delivery Time

Once the order is dispatched, the estimated total delivery time is 5–10 business days. This is an approximate period; actual delivery time may vary.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure delivery efficiency, we select the appropriate logistics provider based on the order. Possible carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL Express, and others.

7. Order Tracking

After your order is completed, a confirmation email will be sent, containing your order number, payment details, and the selected logistics provider.
You can track your order status by visiting the website's “Order Tracking” page and entering the email address or phone number used for the order along with the corresponding order number.

  1. Product Issues: If your received items are damaged or missing, please contact us promptly and provide relevant documentation;

  2. Delivery Changes: Once an order enters processing or shipping, delivery information may not be modified or canceled;

  3. Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address you provide is correct. Any issues resulting from incorrect address information are your responsibility.

9. Receiving Tips

When receiving your order, it is recommended to inspect the packaging and product condition immediately. If there are any issues, record the details and contact us promptly for assistance.
