Return and Exchange Policy
1. Return and Exchange Period
From the date the item is successfully delivered and signed for, you may submit a return or exchange request within 30 days, provided the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions
Within the valid period, you may apply for a return or exchange if the item meets any of the following conditions:

The item has an unusual odor or severe color difference that affects normal use;

The item received does not match the information confirmed at the time of purchase;

A return or exchange is requested without reason, provided the item remains in reasonable condition.
3. Return Process

Please contact us via email or customer service phone to submit a return request, and provide the order number, payment proof, reason for return, and relevant photos or videos;

Our customer service team will review your request. Once approved, we will notify you using your contact details and provide the return address;

Please send the item back to the designated return address as instructed and wait for confirmation of receipt;

After the item is received, we will inspect it. If the condition is confirmed, a refund will be arranged;

The return label has been included with the original shipment.
4. Exchange Process

Please contact us via email or customer service phone to submit an exchange request, and provide the order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;

Once approved, our customer service team will notify you and provide the return address;

Please return the item to the specified address and wait for receipt confirmation;

After inspection, if the item meets the exchange conditions, a replacement will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once the return request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and completed as soon as possible after confirmation.
6. Cost Responsibility

For returns or exchanges due to appearance defects, quality issues, odor, severe color difference, or incorrect items, the return shipping cost will be covered by us;

For returns or exchanges requested without reason, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
7. Disclaimer
Items submitted for return or exchange must be kept in reasonable condition and comply with this policy. We are not responsible for delays or inability to process requests caused by failure to follow instructions or provide required information or materials.
