Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Conditions

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of submission, provided that the items have not yet been prepared for shipment.
If more than 48 hours have passed, or the order has already entered the preparation or shipping stage, direct cancellation will no longer be available. In such cases, you may contact us after the items are delivered to initiate a return and refund according to the relevant process.

2. Order Cancellation Process

① To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide the order number, payment proof, and any other relevant information;
② Once your request is received, our customer service team will review it and, upon approval, promptly notify you of the result and initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Process

After your order cancellation or return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1 to 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard), and we will complete the refund as quickly as possible after confirmation.
